Portugal Back to Back is a documentary series that explores Portugal through high-performance surfing and local culture, positioning the country as a global surf destination with strong cultural identity.

Produced in partnership with Visit Portugal, the project combined territorial branding with editorial storytelling, reaching over 30 million viewers across broadcast and digital platforms.

As a Producer, I led the development and execution of the series — aligning budgets and narrative direction, managing production teams and ensuring that strategic brand positioning translated into authentic storytelling on screen.

Portugal Back to Back became one of the most visible surf-driven documentary initiatives developed in partnership with a national tourism authority, merging sport, place and identity at scale.
